Jeffrey is a GREAT and BEST. He responds to our questions , issues and guided us regarding the process in buying the house , helped us to get the people to do some works in the house at a reasonable fee and negotiate with the seller well enough to resolve some issues.

Jeff Lee was our selling broker for our NJ house. During our first meeting in early February 2018, he explained the real estate selling and buying process in details and suggested the best approach to bring the house to the market for viewing. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and process expertise. With his suggestions in rearranging the furniture in our family room and his excellent idea for contracting a professional photographer to film a virtual tour of our house, approximate 30 viewers visited our house in 2 weeks. It led to an offer at end of two weeks. Jeff provided us with links to our township websites to facilitate our requests for the township inspections successfully and able to finalize our house settlement at end of April 2018. With Jeff's guidance and effort to help us throughout the selling process, we were able to sell our house so quickly.

Jeff was an awesome agent from beginning to end as he helped my family purchase our first home.Early on, Jeff provided a lot of guidance on home buying and what to expect. He set us up with several email listings so we could view the homes with our desired specs and also provided some suggestions based on what he had seen on the market.When we started to view homes, Jeff was extremely responsive as far as scheduling the viewings and was very available throughout the weeks to show. He was able to bring up a lot of good points regarding the homes during the viewings and helped us see through the lens of an experienced agent.Finally, Jeff helped us negotiate a great price on the home we chose and provided much needed guidance during the closing process. We closed a day earlier than what we had hoped for which was extremely important for our personal timeline. It's obvious that Jeff takes his work very seriously and it shows with the care, attention and friendliness he provided to us throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Jeff and will work with him in the future if needed.

Jeff Lee was excellent. Could not have asked for a better sellers agent. Very professional. Very responsive to texts or phone etc. Very available, and showed home on moments notice which buyers appreciated. Came to house sometimes three times in one day. Used best photographer and videographer to aid in marketing of home. Very affable, buyers and buyers brokers liked him, which made process and offers that much better. The only mistake a reader of this review can make is not hiring Jeff.
